Refund Policy
Written for the private beta. Like the rest of our legal pages, this needs review by qualified counsel before general availability.
Purchases are not open
EZBooks does not currently sell subscriptions or credit packs. Private-beta credits are evaluation credits and do not represent money paid.
Usage questions
If the usage record looks wrong, share the request date and identifier with your existing beta contact. We will review the recorded tokens and credit movements. Do not send passwords or QuickBooks credentials.
Before paid launch
The final policy will name the EZBooks selling entity and specify subscription cancellation, unused purchased credits, failed work, refunds, and a working support contact. It will be available before any purchase. No credit-expiration or paid-refund policy has been finalized.
